National Donut Day

Donut Day Banner

The Donut Day tradition began on the battlefields of France during World War One, when Salvation Army workers went to the front lines to deliver spiritual aid and comfort to US soldiers.

Today, funds raised during Donut Day make possible food pantry distributions of produce and non-perishable groceries to individuals and families, childcare nutrition programs, meals for senior citizens and meals for the homeless through The Salvation Army’s Mobile Feeding Program.  Your generous donation will help support much-needed programs for children, seniors, the homeless and families in need across the Chicagoland area.

PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING TO OUR
DONUT DAYS. EVERY BIT HELPS. GOD BLESS!
